HARRANES DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

 

ARTICLE 1- PARTIES

ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT

 

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the goods / services whose qualifications and sales price are specified below to the Buyer of the Seller in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

 

ARTICLE 3- PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

4.1. The Buyer declares that he / she has read and informed all preliminary information regarding the basic qualities of the product / service subject to this contract, the sales price and payment method and delivery and that he / she has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

 

4.2. The product / service subject to the contract shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. If the product cannot be delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.

 

4.3. If the product / service subject to the contract will be delivered to a person / organization other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the person / organization to be delivered not accepting the delivery.

 

4.4. The Seller is responsible for the delivery of the product / service subject to the contract intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents.

 

ARTICLE 5- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

5.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery of the product to him or the person / organization at the address indicated by him without any justification and without penalty.

 

5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing or by permanent data storage within this period.

 

5.3. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised:

 

• The product/service must be returned complete with its box, packaging and accessories, if any.
• The Seller shall refund the total price to the Buyer within 14 days from the receipt of the right of withdrawal notification.

ARTICLE 6- DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in disputes arising from this contract.

 

ARTICLE 7- EFFECTIVE

 

The Buyer confirms electronically that he/she has read, accepted and approved all the terms of this contract. This agreement shall enter into force on the date of approval by the Buyer electronically.

 

ARTICLE 8- PAYMENT METHODS

 

8.1. The Buyer shall pay the price of the product using the payment method specified during the order.

 

8.2. In payments made by credit card, the security of the Buyer's credit card information is kept confidential by the Seller and is not shared with third parties in any way.

 

8.3. Payment may be made in advance or in installments at the time of order. In installment payments, the agreement made with the Buyer's credit card provider shall be taken as basis.

 

ARTICLE 9- DELIVERY TERMS

 

9.1. The products are sent through the cargo company contracted by the Seller.

 

9.2. During delivery, the package must be checked for damage by the delivery person and if there is any damage, a report must be made to the delivery person.

 

9.3. The delivery period shall be completed within 30 working days at the latest from the order confirmation.

 

ARTICLE 10- CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

 

10.1. The personal information of the Buyer is processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

 

10.2. The Seller uses the Buyer's information only for the performance of the contract and within the scope of legal obligations. Disclosure of information to third parties shall only be made with the express consent of the Buyer.
