1. Delivery Policy

• Delivery Zones: Our orders are delivered to all regions across Turkey. You can check your address information to find out if delivery is made to your region.
• Delivery Time: Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days at the latest after payment confirmation is received. Delivery time may vary between 1-5 business days depending on your region.
• Delivery Charge: For orders over 500 TL, shipping is free. For orders under 500 TL, standard shipping fee is applied.
• Cargo Tracking: When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your order with this number.
• Delivery Issues: If you notice any damage or shortage during the delivery of your order, please make a report with the delivery person and contact us.

2. Return and Refund Policy

• Return Terms:

  • Since our products are delivered in accordance with hygiene standards, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
  • Unopened, undamaged and unused products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • You can initiate the return procedure by contacting us for your return requests.

• Return Process:

  • Once your return request has been approved, you must send us the product in its original packaging and with the invoice.
  • When the product reaches us, it will undergo quality control and if it is found appropriate, your return process will be initiated.

• Refund Process:

  • Refunds for returned products will be made after the product has been received by us and the return eligibility has been approved.
  • The refund will be processed in the same way as you paid and will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.

3. Cancellation and Exchange Policy

• You can request the cancellation or exchange of your order before it is shipped. For this, it is enough to contact our customer service.
• Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. However, upon receipt, you can return the product within the scope of the return conditions stated above.
