Delivery Policy<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Delivery Zones:<\/strong> Our orders are delivered to all regions across Turkey. You can check your address information to find out if delivery is made to your region.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Delivery Time:<\/strong> Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days at the latest after payment confirmation is received. Delivery time may vary between 1-5 business days depending on your region.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Delivery Charge:<\/strong> For orders over 500 TL, shipping is free. For orders under 500 TL, standard shipping fee is applied.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Cargo Tracking:<\/strong> When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your order with this number.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Delivery Issues:<\/strong> If you notice any damage or shortage during the delivery of your order, please make a report with the delivery person and contact us.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>2. Return and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><strong>Return Terms:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Since our products are delivered in accordance with hygiene standards, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.<\/li>\r\n<li>Unopened, undamaged and unused products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.<\/li>\r\n<li>You can initiate the return procedure by contacting us for your return requests.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><strong>Return Process:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Once your return request has been approved, you must send us the product in its original packaging and with the invoice.<\/li>\r\n<li>When the product reaches us, it will undergo quality control and if it is found appropriate, your return process will be initiated.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><strong>Refund Process:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Refunds for returned products will be made after the product has been received by us and the return eligibility has been approved.<\/li>\r\n<li>The refund will be processed in the same way as you paid and will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>3.
